This Privacy Policy explains what data Havoc Party: Knockout Arena ("the Game"), operated by She Goes App ("we", "us"), collects when you use the mobile game or this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It mirrors the App Privacy details declared on the App Store.
1. What We Collect
Only the minimum needed to run online multiplayer and save progress:
- Display name: the name you choose for multiplayer rooms. Stored on our server as part of your player profile.
- Player ID & friend code: a random ID and a short shareable code generated for your profile so friends can find and add you.
- Gameplay content: your in-game profile data: friends list and friend requests, coins, outfit unlocks, wins/games statistics, and match history, stored on our backend to sync your progress.
- Verification token: a Cloudflare Turnstile token used to confirm you are a real player. It is sent to our server, verified once with Cloudflare, and exchanged for a short-lived ticket. We do not receive personal details from Cloudflare.
2. What We Do NOT Collect
- No real name, email address, phone number, or physical address.
- No contacts, photos, videos, microphone, or camera data.
- No precise or coarse location.
- No advertising identifiers, ad trackers, analytics profiles, or usage/event tracking.
- No browsing or search history, no device-level identifiers.
- No financial, health, or sensitive information.
- No crash or performance diagnostics sent to third-party analytics.
3. How Data Is Used
Collected data is used exclusively for app functionality:
- Hosting and joining online multiplayer rooms and matches.
- Persisting your coins, outfits, friends, and match statistics across sessions.
- Friend discovery and friend requests via your friend code.
- Preventing abuse, bots, and attacks on the service.
Data is linked to your in-game identity (your player profile). It is never used for tracking, advertising, marketing, analytics, or sold/shared with data brokers or advertisers.
4. Third-Party Processors
- Cloudflare Turnstile: human-verification widget; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Railway: hosting provider for the multiplayer/economy backend where profile data lives.
- GitHub Pages: hosting for this website.
No advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or data brokers are integrated anywhere in the Game or this site.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Profile and gameplay data is retained while your account is active so your progress and friends persist. You may request deletion of your gameplay profile at any time by contacting us at support@learnvexo.com and include your friend code so we can locate the record. Local progress on your device can be removed by uninstalling the Game.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data held about your player profile by contacting support@learnvexo.com. We respond within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Children
The Game does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The only stored data is the gameplay profile described above plus a self-chosen display name. No personal details are requested at any point.
8. Local Storage
The Game stores settings (mute preferences, chosen character) and your session token in your device's local storage. This data never leaves your device except the session token used to authenticate with our server.
9. Security
Traffic between the Game and our servers uses TLS. Profile access is authenticated with per-player session tokens. No method is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect the service.
10. International Transfers
Backend data is hosted on Railway infrastructure (US region). By playing online you consent to your profile data being processed there.
11. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always posted at this address with its effective date.
