These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Havoc Party: Knockout Arena (the "Game"), published by SheGoz Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Game is a family-friendly party game. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country (13 in the US, 16 in many EU states), a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or publicly perform the Game or its assets without written permission.

3. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, mods, bots, injection tools, or any software that interferes with the Game or other players' experience.
• Attempt to decompile, instrument, or tamper with the Game (including via debuggers or dynamic-instrumentation frameworks).
• Attack, disrupt, or abuse the Game's servers | including denial-of-service activity or automated room creation.
• Use offensive, hateful, or harassing names or conduct in multiplayer.
• Exploit bugs for advantage instead of reporting them.

We may suspend access for violations. Player-verification checks (Cloudflare Turnstile) and integrity checks are part of the Game's normal operation.

4. Virtual Items

Coins, outfits, and battle-pass rewards are virtual items with no real-world value. They are licensed, not sold, and may be adjusted or revoked if obtained through abuse or error.

5. Online Services

Multiplayer features depend on our hosted servers and third-party providers. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Game, its art, audio, code, and branding are the property of SheGoz Technologies and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SheGoz Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued play after changes constitutes acceptance. The current version is always posted on this page.
